Tsingtao Brewery was listed on the A-share and Hong Kong stocks in 1993, and the chairman is Huang Kexing. Major shareholders include Hong Kong Securities Clearing (Agent) Co., Ltd., Tsingtao Brewery Group Co., Ltd., China Securities Finance Co., Ltd., and China Construction Bank Investment Co., Ltd. Its main competitors include China Resources Beer, InBev Beer and Yanjing Beer.
