Five Lixiang Retail Centers Opens Simultaneously Nationwide
In addition, the company also planned to open its retail centres in 13 cities in 2019 and establish delivery centres and maintenance centres at the same time.
Five Lixiang (理想) retail centres opened on May 1 in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Tianjin.
LI Xiang (李想), Founder and Chairman of CHJ, said that their team are confident in the operation and efficiency of the Lixiang retail centre and will open the second one in eastern Beijing. Li reveals that, in team internal accounting, the "average sales per square meter" ratio of the ideal retail centre will be far more than that of Apple's retail stores, "ten times as much as Apple's".
The five retail centres that opened this time all adopt the direct sales model, and they are all located in the popular business districts in major cities. According to EO AUTO, there are two LI ONE show cars, one is Gray and one is Baby Blue, at the WuKeSong Huaxi LIVE retail centre in Beijing.
Each Lixiang retail centre only covers about 300 square meters and has no bar, meeting rooms or event venues. The layout of the retail centre is fairly simple: two show cars, a vehicle chassis model with a high probability of displaying the layout of range extenders and power batteries, and a display wall with interior materials and colours.
Each retail centre has about seven or eight employees, who they call "product experts," which is similar to Apple. According to LIXiang, the company's offline service facilities will be divided into three categories: retail centre, delivery centre and maintenance centre.
The retail centre will provide users with static vehicle display, product introduction and test drive functions. The delivery centre is responsible for delivering products to users. The maintenance centre is located far away from the city centre and provides maintenance services for customers' vehicles.
Chehejia's extended-range hybrid model, LI ONE officially announced its sale price on April 10 and began taking pre-orders. In terms of power, LI ONE is built on a four-wheel drive electric platform with front and rear dual motors, with a combined power of 326 horsepower, a combined torque of 530 N·m and acceleration of 0-100 km/h of fewer than 6.5 seconds.
According to the company, LI ONE will implement all the published functions including complete interactive functions and complete L2 self-assisted driving at delivery. In addition, the company also planned to open its retail centres in 13 cities in 2019 and establish delivery centres and maintenance centres at the same time. It also includes Nanjing, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, Chengdu and Xi 'an.
