YOYI TECH (Chinese:悠易科技), a multi-screen programmatic buying platform, announced on 9th August the wholly-owned acquisition of CDP (customer data platform) platform LinkFlow and the closing of Series D+ financing round worth USD 20 million(CNY 135.13 million) invested by Samsung Ventures, TPG's Xincheng Investment, Zhejiang Silk Road Industrial Investment Fund and other institutions.

Its acquisition of LinkFlow will help YOYI TECH develop a MarTech company that truly integrates public and private domains. The fund of this financing round is mainly used for increasing the company’s investment in R&D resources in marketing technology-related fields, further strengthening its full-link data penetration capability, and promoting the implementation of the whole domain application scenarios, news portal lieyun.com reported.

After the merger, LinkFlow, with the original brand name retained, will be operated independently as a subsidiary of YOYI TECH and focus on building data cloud products. The two sides will mutually empower each other in many aspects including big data processing, product upgrade and iteration to activate the whole chain of marketing growth power with public-private domain linkage.

YOYI TECH, founded in 2007, is an integrated full-domain intelligent marketing platform by combing customer data platform YOYI DataBank, marketing automation platform YOYI HUB and intelligent advertising platform YOYI OneDesk to build a marketing closed-loop engine for companies. Now it has successfully provided intelligent marketing solutions for many industries including FMCG(fast moving consumer goods) retail, home furnishing, luxury goods, 3C, and auto.

YOYI TECH’s international competitors include adSage and InMobi and domestic ones include Trueland (Chinese:珍岛集团), Deepexi (Chinese:滴普科技) and Gridsum (Chinese:北京国双科技有限公司).
