Ecommerce SaaS Provider Dianxiaomi Bags USD 110 Million in Series D

Amid the boom of the digital economy, Dianxiaomi hopes to facilitate Chinese brands to go global and empower international brands to lead the world with its SaaS management system as the driver.

Today, Dianxiaomi (Chinese: 店小秘), a global e-commerce SaaS platform, announced that it raised USD 110 million in Series D, led by SoftBank Vision Fund II (Chinese: 软银愿景基金2期) and Sequoia China(Chinese: 红杉中国), with participation from Tiger Global Management (Chinese: 老虎环球基金), GGV Capital (Chinese: GGV纪源资本) and Huaxing Growth Capital (Chinese: 华兴新经济基金).

To date, the company has raised USD 210 million in financing this year. And the fresh proceeds are planned to be used to expand its overseas team and accelerate its international business.

Founded in 2014, Dianxiaomi is a SaaS platform that provides one-stop services for global e-commerce sellers. Thanks to its technical innovation and excellent service experience, Dianxiaomi has become one of the most valuable SaaS providers in the global e-commerce industry.

The company has rolled out diversified ERP solutions, such as the free cross-border e-commerce ERP ‘Dianxiaomi’, ‘SellFox’ for Amazon sellers, ‘BigSeller’ for local sellers in Southeast Asia and ‘UpSeller’ for local sellers in Latin America, as well as global logistics search platform ‘17TRACK’ and global e-commerce intelligent customer service system ‘Duoke’.

Now Dianxiaomi has served more than 1.5 million users and has achieved deep cooperation with over 50 top e-commerce platforms, 1,600 high-quality logistics providers and 80 overseas warehouses worldwide. Its annual transaction volume of orders exceeds CNY 350 billion.

Other global e-commerce SaaS providers include LINGXING (Chinese: 领星), ECCANG (Chinese: 易仓科技) and MABANG ERP (Chinese: 马帮ERP).
