The EqualOcean is pleased to announce The China 30 Youth Shapers For Globalization of 2022 before the 2022 EqualOcean Summit for Globalization. The leaders on this year’s list are directly or indirectly related to globalization. There are entrepreneurs who build global platforms or brands, investors who invest in globalization, institutions that serve globalization, scholars who study globalization, and other media and artists that are committed to connecting China to the world. They have demonstrated that with strong, innovative leadership and global vision, companies in every industry can thrive and are rapidly adopted across the global economy.

Ci Ran, the founder of Moody Beauty, which he has grown into a global colored contact lenses brand that bagged USD 1.23 billion from a Series C funding round in November 2021.
The Partner of In Capital Jiang Shun has been in charge of oversea market investment and closed over 10 projects.
Co-founder of Newborn Town Technology Li Ping has shepherded the company's growth into a CNY 1.3 billion enterprise with over 1.3 billion users worldwide.
Cui Tianshi, the founder of KastKing, has led his company to one of the most famous fishing gear brands in over 150 countries.
Adam Jiang, the founder and CEO of Syrius Robotics, was the leader at Google X’s Project Tango, and his company has worked with fulfillment centers and warehouses across the globe, serving leading e-commerce, retail giants and logistics companies with the most flexible automation solution.
Wen Jing, a former international journalist and Postdoctoral Researcher at Tsinghua University, focuses on international communication research.
Ma Xiaoyu, the Managing Director of Gaorong Capital, is in charge of overseas investment; the company is in China's top 10 Venture Capital of 2021.
2022’s awardees were selected based on thousands of nominations from colleagues, peers, and other professionals and in-house research. While it is always difficult to assign rankings, as every person on the list deserves the utmost recognition, we weighed the quality and consistency in the nominations submitted on behalf of each candidate with the overall size and globalization process of the organizations they lead. Each nominee was evaluated closely, with particular attention paid to the educational background or work experience and age. EqualOcean then further reviewed each company’s recent achievements to establish this final list.
