SAINT BELLA is a maternity club built by Beikang Health (贝康国际) and high-end hotels around the world. It mainly provides high-end maternal and child care services, including 24-hour nurse one-on-one services and "art therapy".

At present, SAINT BELLA and Baby BELLA (an affordable luxury maternal and child care brand extended by SAINT BELLA) (小贝拉) have opened nearly 50 stores across China, ranking first in market share in many first-tier cities. It already has a market share of nearly 30% in its headquarters in Hangzhou and is one of the few brands in the industry that can achieve profitability in cross-regional operations through direct sales.

According to the data, the global baby products market size was USD 214.13 billion in 2021, and it is expected to grow at a compound rate of 5.7% from 2022 to 2030. The global maternity and baby products market is relatively large and is gradually expanding.

SAINT BELLA adopts the asset-light operation model of "full direct operation + global high-end luxury hotel cooperation". Through the double empowerment of art and profession, it meets the consumption needs of high-net-worth people, meets the ultimate user experience with maximum efficiency, and also promotes the awareness of healthy lifestyles of contemporary women of child-bearing age.

Maternal and baby care has attracted a lot of companies. Representative companies in China include Kidswant (孩子王), RYC (若羽臣), babemax (爱婴室), babytree (宝宝树), and Goodbaby (好孩子). Internationally, Johnson in the United States, MUSTELA in France, Unicharm in Japan, and Bebesup in South Korea are quite powerful.

SAINT BELLA’s this round of industry financing is participated by C Ventures (C资本), Swire Properties New Ventures (英国太古地产创新基金), Pegasus Capital (神骐资本), and Mirae Asset. The funds will be used for in-depth cooperation between upstream and downstream industries and the development of global healthcare businesses.
