During the Mobile World Congress (MWC), Tencent Cloud and Orange Middle East Africa (OMEA), a leading global telecom operator, entered into a strategic partnership. With Tencent Cloud's Small Program Platform (TCMPP), OMEA will build the super app Max It to serve users in the Middle East and Africa region.
