In a joint statement, the three parties emphasized that the collaboration will accelerate the transformation of the healthcare system through digital innovation as Malaysia moves towards a digitally empowered future. The core focus of the partnership is to provide healthcare organizations with advanced digital tools and services that can effectively enhance patient care outcomes and improve the quality of healthcare delivery. One of the key innovations is Holomedicine, which combines mixed reality and artificial intelligence technologies to revolutionize medical education and precision medicine practices, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of care.

In addition, several digital healthcare solutions will also be launched. These include smart medical assistance solutions - Medi-Kiosk (an intelligent health kiosk that monitors health indicators), Medi-Doc (a platform that enables anytime, anywhere contact with healthcare professionals), and Medi-Scan (software-based biometric health scanning technology that combines artificial intelligence and computer vision to assess health indicators). These solutions will provide telemedicine services to patients, strongly contributing to ongoing wellness.

To support the implementation of these digital health solutions, AmBank will provide a comprehensive range of financial services, including specialized healthcare financing, lending, insurance and payment solutions, to help healthcare providers digitize their operations and ensure that they are able to deliver a high level of patient care. This strategic partnership not only demonstrates the shared vision of the two industry leaders in driving digital transformation, but also reinvigorates Malaysia's healthcare system, which is expected to provide more efficient and quality healthcare services to the general public.
