Driving Global Momentum for Chinese Manufacturing Under the Belt and Road Initiative

China has actively promoted the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), fostering connectivity and economic cooperation among countries along the route. This initiative has strengthened ties among Eurasian countries, pushing mutually beneficial cooperation to new historical heights. Over the years, the BRI has become a widely welcomed international cooperation platform, attracting extensive support and participation from numerous countries.

Mr. Ivan Rymar, Vice Consul of the Russian Consulate General in Guangzhou, emphasized that the BRI serves as a vital link among Eurasian countries and an essential belt of global economic cooperation, with “win-win cooperation” being the main theme. Mr. Rauf Abdullayev, Azerbaijani representative, noted that Azerbaijan is a key trading partner for China in the South Caucasus region, accounting for 43% of China’s trade with South Caucasus countries. The future of trade between the two countries is highly promising.

Under the guidance of the BRI, the "dual circulation" development model—emphasizing domestic circulation as the mainstay and leveraging international circulation—has created a favorable environment for Chinese enterprises to expand abroad. Trade with CIS countries has been particularly robust. In 2024, China’s exports to these countries experienced steady double-digit growth, with trade volume reaching the trillion-yuan level.

As an innovative enterprise rooted in China’s Greater Bay Area and targeting the Eurasian economic space, Dream Marketing plans to harness the region's financial strength, research capabilities, and integrated commercial systems. It will offer trade, marketing, technology, and branding solutions to enable high-quality Chinese brands to enter CIS markets successfully.

Leveraging CIS Resources to Propel High-Tech Chinese Industries Globally

China’s high-end manufacturing and consumer industries hold strong global recognition and multifaceted comparative advantages. In particular, China’s new energy vehicle (NEV) industry leads the world in power batteries, charging infrastructure, and integrated supply chain capabilities. Meanwhile, the civil drone market, with a 70% global market share, showcases China’s leadership in technological innovation, market scale, policy support, and application scenarios.

With rising demand for Chinese brands across Eurasian markets, bilateral trade volumes have grown by double digits year-over-year. Consumers in these regions increasingly value Chinese products for their cost-effectiveness and reliability, with automobiles, home appliances, and electronics gaining widespread popularity.

Emin Agalarov, partner of Drean Marketing, highlighted the vast market potential for Chinese enterprises in CIS countries, particularly in NEVs and the burgeoning low-altitude flight sector, where these countries are still in the early development stages. Furthermore, consumers in the Eurasian economic space demonstrate strong brand loyalty, providing Chinese companies with confidence for long-term growth in local markets.

As the founder of Agalarov Development, Emin has always envisioned supporting Chinese brands' rise. Managing over 60 commercial projects across Russia and CIS countries—including real estate, dining, sports, and media—he has collaborated with over 300 international brands such as Nobu, Bulgari, and Isabel Marant. His company also boasts extensive media resources, including Zhara Media Group’s channels, outdoor media networks, and over 5,000 advertising screens across Russia.

Dream Marketing will capitalize on Agalarov Development’s resources to uncover limitless business opportunities in the Eurasian economic space, enabling more high-quality Chinese brands to realize their global aspirations in the CIS market.

Mr. Yuan Zhi, another partner from Dream Marketing, shared his vision for the Eurasian economy. Under the framework of the BRI, leveraging the vast young consumer base in the CIS markets, the integration of languages and cultures, the strategic geographical advantage spanning Eurasia, and the growing potential for diverse economic cooperation, China has the opportunity to deepen trade exchanges, infrastructure development, and cultural interactions through the three strategic channels of market, technology, and talent. This approach aims to achieve mutually beneficial and win-win economic growth.
