At the beginning of 2025, the domestic automobile industry ignited a nationwide smart driving craze. AVATR, a new energy vehicle brand, has launched its latest 07 Pro+ model, with HUAWEI's Qiankun Intelligent Driving System ADS SE. This system shares the GOD and PDP algorithm frameworks with the ADS high-end version, achieving an obstacle recognition accuracy rate of 99.9% and reducing scene response time to 0.1 seconds.

Following the launch, AVATR has become the only brand in the industry to simultaneously possess three intelligent driving solutions: triple lidar, single lidar, and primary vision, all sourced from HUAWEI.

It is reported that AVATR's intelligent driving technology roadmap is deeply integrated with HUAWEI's, and future L3 autonomous driving functions will be released in conjunction with HUAWEI.

Chen Zhuo, President of AVATR Technology, stated that 2025 marks the dawn of equal rights in intelligent driving. The technology roadmap is gradually becoming clear, and the trend is unstoppable. In the future, vehicles priced at even CNY 150,000 or 100,000 will have the opportunity to be equipped with intelligent systems. However, intelligent driving is highly correlated with safety. Every 1% increase in safety means exponentially higher requirements for backend algorithms, technical capabilities, perception abilities, decision-making abilities, judgment abilities, and response speeds, especially for L3 and L4 autonomous driving, which still require investments of tens of billions of CNY.

In addition to cooperation in intelligent driving and smart cabins, AVATR has further deepened its collaboration with HUAWEI in the research and development of its second-generation vehicle models. In terms of its cooperation mode with HUAWEI, AVATR has upgraded from the previous HI mode to the HI PLUS mode. Currently, AVATR Technology is collaborating with HUAWEI on the research and development of second-generation vehicle models, with nearly 300 HUAWEI team members stationed at AVATR.

At present, from product definition and user research to marketing strategies upon launch, AVATR's new generation of products are fully integrated with HUAWEI, sharing project metrics, responsibilities, and evaluations, forming a joint project team.

AVATR plans to achieve break-even on a monthly basis in 2025 and overall break-even by 2026. To achieve the break-even targets, sales volume is crucial. In 2024, AVATR sold 74,000 vehicles, and its sales target for 2025 has been increased to 220,000 vehicles. In addition to the existing AVATR 11, AVATR 12, and AVATR 07 models, AVATR will also launch the AVATR 06 model in the second quarter.

Beyond launching new products domestically, AVATR will further expand its overseas presence. It is reported that in 2025, AVATR will enter about 50 countries and regions, aiming at achieving a sales target of 15,000 vehicles in overseas markets.
