On January 6, 2026, the global consumer electronics event CES officially opened in Las Vegas, the United States. Shokz (韶音), a Chinese open-ear audio brand, held its product launch event on the first day of the show under the theme “Redefining Open Sound,” officially unveiling OpenFit Pro, its first product to feature open-ear noise filtering technology.

The launch of OpenFit Pro marks a new stage in Shokz’s development in open-ear audio technology, introducing a solution that combines environmental awareness with enhanced noise control—an area traditionally dominated by closed-back headphones.

OpenFit Pro adopts open-ear noise reduction technology, a proprietary system that integrates multi-scenario dynamic noise filtering algorithms with a microphone array. Unlike conventional active noise cancellation, this approach preserves the advantages of an open-ear design while dynamically identifying and reducing environmental noise. The system is designed to improve listening focus and call clarity in noisy environments such as offices, gyms, cafés, and urban spaces, while maintaining situational awareness for safety.

In terms of audio performance, OpenFit Pro is powered by Shokz SuperBoost™ acoustic units, featuring an 11×20 mm dual-diaphragm acoustic architecture. Through advancements in materials, manufacturing processes, and structural design, the product achieves a frequency response ranging from 50 Hz to 40 kHz, significantly reducing distortion and delivering a more immersive, studio-grade listening experience.

OpenFit Pro is also the first open-ear headphone from Shokz to support Dolby Audio and head tracking, enabling dynamic spatial sound that adjusts in real time with head movement to enhance immersion.

The product features a refined industrial design, available in two color options. Its lightweight satin-finished aluminum housing is produced using an integrated seamless forming process, balancing durability and comfort. The signature Dolphin Arc™ ear-hook structure, combined with a 0.8 mm flexible titanium wire and ultra-soft silicone material, is designed for long-term stable wear.

Battery life has been significantly upgraded, offering up to 50 hours of total playback time and 12 hours on a single charge. OpenFit Pro features physical control buttons, dual-device Bluetooth connectivity for seamless switching between devices, and IP55-rated dust and water resistance, supporting use across a wide range of scenarios.

At the CES exhibition site, Shokz created an immersive audio-visual experience zone centered on OpenFit Pro. Through panoramic visual installations simulating office, fitness, café, and urban environments, visitors were able to experience firsthand the product’s noise filtering performance and sound quality across different real-world settings.

Notably, OpenFit Pro has received the CES 2026 Innovation Award, recognizing its design, acoustic performance, and user experience. The award highlights Shokz’s continued focus on user-driven technological development and reinforces its position in the open-ear audio segment.

In addition to OpenFit Pro, other award-winning products—including OpenDots ONE—were showcased at the booth, forming a diversified open-ear product lineup that reflects the company’s broader technology roadmap and ecosystem strategy.

The launch of OpenFit Pro represents another milestone in Shokz’s long-standing “Be Open” brand philosophy. By addressing the challenges of listening in noisy environments without sacrificing openness and safety, the product offers a new reference point for the evolution of open-ear audio. Looking ahead, Shokz plans to continue deepening its technological exploration and product innovation to deliver scenario-driven open-ear audio solutions to users worldwide.
