On December 31, 2025, Envision Group (远景科技集团), a global leader in green technology, formally signed a 630MW wind turbine supply agreement and a 30-year long-term service agreement with Brazilian new energy developer and renewable energy company Casa dos Ventos (CdV).

The wind power project will support new business demand in Brazil, including AIDC data centers as well as green hydrogen and green ammonia projects. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Zhang Lei (张雷), Chairman of Envision Group, and Mário Araripe, Founder of Casa dos Ventos.

For this project, Envision will supply its 8.x MW Galileo AI wind turbines, among the largest wind turbine models currently deployed in Brazil. The turbines are equipped with the Envision Tianshu Energy Large Model (远景天枢) and the Envision Tianji Meteorological Large Model (远景天机), enabling deep integration of Envision’s mature large-scale wind power system experience with the specific characteristics of the Brazilian market, and helping maximize project returns. The agreement also marks the start of comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two parties, covering full lifecycle digital management of wind turbines, energy storage in Brazil, AIDC, hybrid scenarios, and integrated solutions for green hydrogen and green ammonia.

Brazil is one of the countries with a high share of renewable energy in its overall energy mix. As the government promotes diversification of the energy structure, non-hydro renewable energy has become a key development focus.

Based on this agreement, leveraging Envision’s end-to-end full-stack technological capabilities and CdV’s onshore wind power development experience, the two sides will jointly advance AI-enabled, full-chain renewable energy solutions. The cooperation will promote deeper localization of the wind turbine supply chain, drive coordinated development across the entire industrial chain—including equipment manufacturing, engineering services, and technical training—and support the transfer and development of new energy value chains in Brazil, such as energy storage systems, green hydrogen, and sustainable aviation fuel. The partnership also aims to attract more international technologies into the Brazilian market, injecting strong momentum into Brazil’s ambition to become a green energy hub.

It is understood that CdV is pursuing revenue diversification by focusing on corporate power purchase agreements, self-generation, and emerging markets such as data centers and green hydrogen. Lucas Araripe, Executive Director of Casa dos Ventos, stated that Envision’s full-stack technological strengths, its successful practices in the field of physical AI, and its long-term commitment to the Brazilian strategic market were key reasons for selecting Envision as a partner. He added that, beyond building high-quality, stable, and reliable high-performance wind farms, the cooperation will accelerate the development of emerging industries, lay a solid foundation for future technological exchange and industrial collaboration, support Brazil’s energy transition, and deliver long-term socio-economic benefits through the creation of green jobs.

“Brazil is the largest economy in Latin America, with unique renewable resource endowments, a mature industrial base, and enormous market potential, making it a strategic priority for Envision’s Latin American布局,” said Henry Peng, Senior Vice President of Envision Energy (远景能源) and President for Latin America and Europe. As Envision’s first zero-carbon energy project in the Brazilian market, the cooperation marks the first step in Envision’s full-scenario zero-carbon deployment in Brazil, spanning “wind power + energy storage + AIDC + green hydrogen + sustainable aviation fuel.”
