Leapmoto Leads Chinese New Power Exports with Over 100,000 Units Shipped by early 2026

On March 16, Leapmotor (零跑汽车) disclosed that its export volume for 2025 reached 67,052 units, ranking first among Chinese "new power" automotive brands. As of the end of February 2026, the company's cumulative exports have exceeded 100,000 units. In 2025, Leapmotor's pure electric sales volume across 29 European markets ranked among the top three Chinese passenger car brands, specifically holding the second position in the fourth quarter.

As of December 31, 2025, Leapmotor International (零跑国际), a joint venture known as Leapmotor International B.V., has established approximately 900 sales and after-sales service outlets across roughly 40 international markets, including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and the Asia-Pacific. This network includes over 800 outlets in Europe, more than 50 in the Asia-Pacific, and over 30 in South America. On November 4, 2025, the Leapmotor C10 and B10 models were officially released in Brazil, with the C10 being the first to hit the market. Currently, the number of Leapmotor International (零跑国际) stores in Brazil has surpassed 30. The appearance of the C10, B10, and C16 at the São Paulo Motor Show on November 21 marked the brand's formal entry into the South American market.

Regarding localized production, the CKD (Completely Knocked Down) project in Spain has been approved, with plans to introduce the Leapmotor B10 and B05 models. Local manufacturing for the B10 has entered the OTS (Off-Tooling Sample) phase, with the first trial production vehicle already completed and official mass production scheduled for October 2026. Trial production for the B05 is expected to begin in June 2026, with official production slated for 2027. Furthermore, the site for a battery factory to support these two models has been selected and is currently undergoing renovation; trial production for the first battery pack is planned for April 2026, with mass production starting in July. Additionally, the company is actively exploring diverse cooperation opportunities in vehicles and components with Stellantis N.V., with some projects already entering in-depth negotiations.
