On May 6, Spirit AI (千寻智能), a leading domestic embodied intelligence company, and Bosch China (博世中国), the global technology and services giant, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

The two parties announced systematic collaboration in key areas, including robot data collection and model training, industrial scene deployment, and the supply of core components. This partnership is regarded as a critical milestone in the transition of embodied intelligence from technical exploration to large-scale application, aiming to advance the commercialization of universal robot "brains" by bridging the gap between model algorithms and industrial practice.

As the technical foundation of this collaboration, Spirit AI’s (千寻智能) self-developed Spirit v1.5 embodied large model has achieved global leadership, surpassing the international benchmark Pi0.5 in performance. Bosch (博世), leveraging its deep expertise in actuators, sensors, and intelligent manufacturing—along with its comprehensive R&D and manufacturing system in China—provides a wealth of real-world industrial scenarios for model iteration. According to the agreement, over the next two years, the parties will utilize Bosch’s (博世) factories and logistics centers in China to conduct intensive data collection and model training, establishing a technical closed loop of "real data—embodied model—real scenarios". Bosch (博世) will also supply key robotic components to Spirit AI (千寻智能), empowering engineering verification and mass production.

Deployment in demanding environments like automotive manufacturing, which requires high rhythm and consistency, serves as a litmus test for the maturity of embodied intelligence. This cooperation not only provides a typical industrial verification field for embodied large models but also accelerates the introduction of intelligent agents, such as humanoid robots, into production line logistics. Han Fengtao (韩峰涛), Founder and CEO of Spirit AI (千寻智能), stated that Bosch’s (博世) excellence in real-world scenarios, global supply chains, and channel resources will significantly accelerate the commercialization of large models. Liu Min (刘敏), Strategic Vice President of Bosch China (博世中国) and Head of the Robotics Center, also noted that this synergy will bring a new ecological paradigm to the robotics industry.
