On May 11, 2026, Eagle Cloud (亿格云) announced the completion of a Series B financing round worth several hundred million RMB. This round of financing was led by new shareholder Monolith (砺思资本), with existing shareholder Future Qichuang Fund (未来启创基金) increasing its follow-on investment. Hangxing Capital (航行资本) served as the exclusive financial advisor. Since its establishment four years ago, Eagle Cloud (亿格云) has completed five rounds of financing, successively receiving continued support from top-tier institutions such as HongShan (红杉中国), Vision Plus Capital (元璟资本), Eminence Ventures (靖亚资本), and Future Qichuang Fund (未来启创基金).

While continuously consolidating its leading position in China’s office security field, Eagle Cloud (亿格云) was the first to realize that AI agents are being deeply integrated into enterprise business processes on a large scale, and accordingly promoted its own capabilities to upgrade from an “integrated office security platform” to “enterprise security governance infrastructure in the AI era,” helping enterprises dare to use AI and use AI well. This round of financing also fully confirms the capital market’s confidence in the forward-looking layout of the new track of “Human + AI” unified security governance.

After the financing, Eagle Cloud (亿格云) will systematically increase investment in the construction of enterprise security governance infrastructure in the AI era from three major dimensions:

· Continuously iterate the Yunshu (云枢) enterprise unified governance platform: Improve the closed-loop capabilities of “SASE manages people, AIDR manages AI, IRM controls risks, and EagleEye assists decision-making,” relying on the “same identity, same policy, and same audit” system to apply the same governance standards to AI as to human employees, and set up security guardrails of “default deny, explicit authorization, and observable actions.”

· Comprehensive upgrade of AI governance engine: Build a self-evolving security system with “Zero Trust + Triple Leap,” integrating “continuous verification” and “least privilege” throughout the entire AI lifecycle; simultaneously achieve a triple leap in AI governance logic, from “seeing what the agent does” to “seeing what the agent wants to do,” from post-event tracing to pre-judgment and then action, and from manual analysis to AI autonomy, making “AI governs AI” the underlying paradigm.

· Paradigm-leading “Human + AI” unified security governance: Based on the new generation of AI-native security track, continuously accumulate governance methodologies, evolve from a product provider to an industry standard setter, and accelerate global layout to promote cutting-edge concepts worldwide, empowering every enterprise that embraces AI.

Doubled growth for three consecutive years, achieving full-year profitability in 2025

Eagle Cloud (亿格云) was established in July 2021, and its founding team is composed of former core technical backbone members of Alibaba Cloud (阿里云) Security. The company has achieved revenue growth of over 100% for three consecutive years and is expected to achieve full-year profitability in 2025, while NDR (Net Dollar Retention) remains stably above 130%.

Currently, Eagle Cloud (亿格云) has served over 1,000 leading enterprises worldwide, protecting over 5 million terminals and covering more than 20 industries, including smart manufacturing, pan-internet, finance, pharmaceuticals, and retail. Benchmark clients include Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (吉利控股), Li Auto (理想汽车), Leapmotor (零跑汽车), SERES (赛力斯), Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. China / AMEC (中微半导体), Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (恒瑞医药), Qilu Pharmaceutical (齐鲁制药), EY (安永), Deloitte (德勤), KPMG (毕马威), Xiaohongshu (小红书), Beike (贝壳), miHoYo (米哈游), Ping An Bank (平安银行), MINISO (名创优品), and other leading enterprises in various fields.

Differentiated competitive barriers, reshaping the governance architecture for the “Human + AI” dual-subject model

As AI applications continuously penetrate the core scenarios of enterprise business, the object of governance is extending from a single “person” to the dual subjects of “human employees + AI employees.” Traditional security architectures struggle to effectively cope with the dynamic, autonomous, and unpredictable gray behaviors of AI, leading to “rules always lagging behind risks” becoming a widespread pain point for enterprises.

Different from the industry’s common improvement path of “adding AI governance” on top of traditional security architectures, Eagle Cloud (亿格云) has built three major differentiated competitive barriers:

  • “Human + AI” unified security governance: It is the first in the industry to achieve unified governance across all domains for human employees and AI employees under the same identity, same policy, and same audit system.

  • Full-stack integrated governance platform: By integrating full-scenario security capabilities covering people, AI, networks, terminals, and data on a single platform, it fundamentally resolves the industry’s inherent chronic issues such as OEM splicing, module fragmentation, and policy conflicts.

  • Real data flywheel: Deeply cultivating complex real-world scenarios across more than 20 industries, over 1,000 leading enterprises, and more than 5 million terminals, processing tens of billions of human and AI behavior data points daily, and continuously feeding back to support the iterative upgrade of AI governance models.

Centered on the governance philosophy of “insight into intent, judge before action,” Eagle Cloud (亿格云) has built a complete enterprise security governance infrastructure for the AI era, consisting of three major modules:

1. Yunshu (云枢) Enterprise Unified Governance Platform

As the “sensing + execution” core of the governance system, it integrates three major capabilities: SASE, AIDR (AI Detection & Response), and AI-IRM (Insider Risk Management Agent).

Yunshu SASE (云枢SASE): Whether employees are at the company, on a business trip, or working overseas, a single identity authentication allows access to all business systems, while simultaneously achieving five-layer protection for identity, device, network, application, and data.

Yunshu AIDR (云枢AIDR): Targeting AI employees, it clarifies global assets, controls key behaviors, retains operation traces, traces risk events, and builds a security defense line for the entire AI lifecycle.

Yunshu AI-IRM (云枢AI-IRM): Adapting to human-AI collaboration scenarios, it gains insights into internal corporate governance risks, builds a unified pre-decision entry point, and ensures that behavior intent determination is completed before all human and AI operations.

2. EagleEye Security Governance Agent

A decision-making hub for enterprise management. Through natural language interaction, it enables global situational awareness, risk assessment, governance command generation, and closed-loop tracking.

3. EagleClaw Secure Office Agent (EagleClaw安全办公智能体)

A secure office “copilot” for employees. Inheriting the security governance capabilities of the Yunshu (云枢) platform, it strictly adheres to security and compliance baselines while automatically completing office collaboration tasks.

Eagle Cloud (亿格云) founder and CEO Hu Min (胡闽) stated: “The core demand of enterprises does not lie in whether AI is implemented, but in whether AI can be safely, stably, and sustainably transformed into productivity. AI employees don’t take leave or get sleepy, but they also don’t proactively report data flows and lack corporate compliance awareness—this is exactly the core problem that Eagle Cloud (亿格云) aims to solve: enabling enterprises to dare to use AI and use AI well.”

Capital continues to increase long-term investment, recognizing Eagle Cloud’s (亿格云) strategic upgrade.

Monolith (砺思资本) stated: “AI is accelerating its penetration into core enterprise processes, driving an intergenerational upgrade in enterprise-level security governance. In the future, integrated platform vendors that combine security, efficiency, collaboration, and globalization capabilities will hold greater long-term value. Eagle Cloud (亿格云) has long been deeply cultivating the enterprise office scenario, with a complete product architecture and ample experience in landing complex scenarios, possessing the growth potential to weather cycles.”

Future Qichuang Fund (未来启创基金), as a long-term shareholder that has increased its investment for three consecutive rounds, stated: “The reason for three rounds of continuous investment is that we have witnessed Eagle Cloud (亿格云) complete a strategic upgrade from an integrated office security platform to enterprise security governance infrastructure in the AI era—this capability for endogenous evolution and continuous breakthrough is very rare among Chinese ToB startups.”
