Paris, 12th October 2026 - High-end electric-first mobility brand Zeekr makes its Paris Motor Show debut following a period of significant growth in Europe. In 2026, Zeekr recorded a 200% year-on-year increase in deliveries in the region — 9,525 units delivered between January and September 2026, up from 3,025 units in the same period of 2025, according to figures compiled by Reuters (16 October 2026), making it one of Europe's fastest-growing premium car brands.

This growth solidifies the brand's long term ambitions and rapid expansion plans in Europe. Zeekr's commitment is visible in the pace of its European roll-out. It now operates in 22 active European markets, following recent launches in Finland, the Baltics, Poland and Austria, and is on track to grow its dealer network to 200 locations by the end of 2026, with a target of covering 95% of Europe by the year's end.

The scale of growth behind its European roll out is visible in the brand's expansion across markets, network and product range. Zeekr has now passed more than 930,000 deliveries worldwide, and in just three years in Europe, has grown from a two-model newcomer to a five-model range – the compact SUV Zeekr X, shooting brake Zeekr 001, mid-size SUV Zeekr 7X, grand tourer Zeekr 7GT, and flagship luxury SUV Zeekr 9X.

France is also a strategic market for the brand. As one of Europe's most important EV markets, France has seen a 74% increase in battery-electric vehicle registrations in the first eight months of 2026**, with significant growth from newer challenger brands. Following Zeekr's launch in April 2026, the French market will be an important focus for its continued European success.

Taking centre stage on the Paris stand is the Zeekr 9X, the brand's first luxury model, reflecting its vision for A New Class of Luxury. The 9X makes its European motor show debut after being first unveiled to audiences in Europe at the Monaco Yacht Show in September. Strong early interest saw the first 200 cars reserved even before pricing was announced in September, according to the company. Priced from €119,500, the Zeekr 9X is now available to order, with customer deliveries beginning in January 2027. At that price point the 9X enters the territory of established German luxury SUVs such as the Mercedes-Benz GLE and the Porsche Cayenne — a segment where Chinese brands have so far had little presence, and where the 9X's early order book will be closely watched.

The Zeekr 9X is also joined in Paris by the all-new Zeekr 7X - the new version of the brand's best selling European model, the 7X, which recently passed 200,000 units built worldwide. Zeekr's rapid rise adds a new dimension to Europe's premium automotive market, where brand heritage has long been the primary benchmark of luxury.

Lothar Schupet, CEO, Zeekr Europe, says:

“Our Paris Motor Show debut is one of the highlights of what has been a very exciting year of expansion for Zeekr in Europe. Our 200% year-on-year growth in 2026 comes at a time when premium customers increasingly expect more from their vehicles – more technology, more performance and more craftsmanship. The launch of the 9X brings these qualities together in a new class of luxury for European customers and marks the next phase of Zeekr's strategic expansion in Europe.”

‘A New Class of Luxury’

The Zeekr 9X represents the brand's vision for ‘A New Class of Luxury’. Developed by Zeekr's European design and engineering teams and backed by the scale and innovation capabilities of Geely Auto Group, the 9X has been created to deliver a luxury experience that brings craftsmanship, performance, technology and experience together in one seamless proposition.

At the heart of the 9X is Zeekr's Super Hybrid technology, built for customers who want the power of a supercar with the excitement of electric driving. The 9X is built on a 900V architecture and runs on electric power first, then adds intelligent energy generation to extend total range. The luxury flagship SUV produces up to 897hp, reaches 100 km/h from rest in 4.1 seconds and tops out at 240 km/h, with up to 179 km of pure electric range and 737 km of range in combined driving modes.

At up to 330 kW, DC ultra-fast charging delivers a 10 to 80% charge in around 9.5 minutes. The 9X also features an advanced 3+7 Drive Mode System, offering three everyday driving profiles that can be combined with intelligent terrain-specific modes.

Luxury as Standard —— Cabin equipment

The cabin of the 9X reflects the same philosophy. Combining Scandinavian-inspired craftsmanship, advanced digital experiences and exceptional passenger comfort, it features hand-polished Nordic wood, Nappa leather and a crystal rotary controller cut with jewellery-grade precision. A bespoke 32-speaker Naim® sound system delivers an immersive audio experience across all three rows and six individual seats. According to Zeekr, Zeekr is one of only two automotive brands licensed to equip its vehicles with Naim®. Many features that are optional on rival luxury flagships come as standard on the Zeekr 9X, including massage, ventilation and heating across the first and second rows, powered leg rests, a smart refrigerator capable of both cooling and heating, and a one-touch cinema mode that transforms the cabin into a private entertainment space.

Forward-looking technology and driver assistance

The 9X's next-generation intelligent cockpit features two Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chips, keeping the digital environment fast, fluid and responsive. They power six high resolution displays – dual front screens, a combimeter, augmented reality head-up display (AR-HUD), removable rear screen and roof-mounted screen – running Zeekr OS HMI 5.0, allowing multiple functions to operate simultaneously without compromising performance. For maximum confidence on the road, the 9X introduces a LiDAR-powered Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). Pairing a roof-mounted LiDAR with the processing power of NVIDIA DRIVE Thor, the system supports advanced driving, safety and parking capabilities. Highway Navigation on Assist (H-NOA) will launch first in Germany in early 2027, followed by City Navigation on Assist (C-NOA) in Frankfurt in summer 2027, with both rolling out progressively across Europe via over-the-air (OTA) software updates. Launching these functions first in Germany places the system in direct comparison with the driver-assistance offerings of the established local premium brands, and the pace of the European roll-out will be a key indicator of how the technology performs outside China.

The 9X also introduces innovations in passive safety technology. A newly developed integrated thermoformed sunroof ring strengthens upper-body protection, while a newly engineered front energy-absorbing box is designed to protect the cabin from powertrain intrusion in an impact. Along the sides, a reinforced multi-directional grid structure provides additional protection for the battery and passengers. At the rear, anti-impact blocks help protect the fuel tank from puncture, while the high-voltage box is engineered to rotate away from the impact zone as the structure deforms.

Complementing the ADAS suite, the AI Digital Chassis draws on the vehicle's perception and computing capabilities to automatically recognise driving conditions and select the appropriate driving mode. Future OTA updates will expand this capability to recognise seven distinct terrain conditions. Using advanced AI, the system coordinates steering, braking and key chassis functions to optimise control and performance for the driving environment. It also enhances on-road safety through Run-Flat Driving, helping maintain vehicle stability even in extreme situations such as a same-side double tyre blowout on a wet surface at 120 km/h (manufacturer test conditions).

The Zeekr 9X Owners Club

The Zeekr 9X also introduces the Zeekr 9X Owners Club, a dedicated ownership programme designed to make everyday ownership more seamless and convenient. Through a range of carefully selected benefits and services, the Owners Club extends support beyond the vehicle itself, helping customers save time and enjoy greater peace of mind. Zeekr says the programme will bundle travel-related services and lifestyle benefits for 9X owners.

The all-new Zeekr 7X

The all-new 7X is an extensive update of Zeekr's most successful European model, the 7X, which has passed 200,000 units built worldwide. Leading the updates is a new Bosch-based driver assistance system — seven cameras and three radars — introducing fingertip and remote parking assist and adaptive cruise control. The cabin is reworked around a redesigned centre console, while the exterior gains new front and rear bumpers. Two new colours in Glacier Silver and Mystic Lilac, and fresh 21-inch alloy wheel designs, will also be available from Q1 2027. Built on the proven 800V SEA platform, the all-new Zeekr 7X brings increased range and power, delivering up to 627km of range and up to 680hp. It also delivers ultra-fast charging at up to 450kW, enabling an charging time of just 10.5 minutes. The next generation of the model that has driven Zeekr's European growth, the all-new Zeekr 7X will be priced from €52,990 and will see its first customer deliveries in Q1 2027. At that price the new 7X competes in the core of Europe's fastest-growing premium electric SUV segment, against models such as the Tesla Model Y and the BMW iX3.

Zeekr & AirConsole: In-car gaming platform

In Paris, Zeekr will also unveil its new partnership with N-Dream, the company behind AirConsole, bringing the in-car gaming platform to Zeekr vehicles. This partnership highlights Zeekr's commitment to software innovation. Visitors to the Zeekr stand can experience the technology firsthand, instantly connecting their smartphones via a QR code to play directly on the vehicle's infotainment system with no extra hardware. Zeekr will begin rolling out AirConsole across select European models by the end of 2026, available to customers with the Zeekr Connected Premium package subscription, Zeekr's upgrade for advanced connected and in-car digital services.
