The company is creating a new category of real-time communications through Web, apps and other smart devices requiring video communication.

The company soon become a high-growth Communications-Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) provider delivering mobile-first, real-time communications for developers and businesses globally, according to Crunchbase. Agora.io provides for developers with real time SDK (software development kit) and application programming interfaces (APIs). Agora.io’s proprietary Software-Defined Real-Time Network (SD-RTN™) processes and routes an average of 10 billion minutes of live communications per month through 200 globally distributed data centers, reported by PR News.

The Web RTC(Real-Time Communication) market is estimated at USD 1.04 Billion in 2017 and is projected to reach USD 6.49 Billion by 2022, at a CAGR of 44.2% during the forecast period, according to Markets and Markets. WebRTC solution is expected to hold the largest market share in the WebRTC market.
