On October 28, Heilan Home released its 2020 third-quarter report. From January to September, the company achieved CNY 11.79 billion revenue, a year-on-year decrease of 19.82%. Net profit attributable to listed companies' shareholders was CNY 1.29 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 50.69%.
In the first three quarters, other retail brands' total operating income increased by 57.33% year-on-year. The revenue of the lifestyle home brand Hailan Youxuan rose 70.38% year-on-year, and the operating income in the third quarter increased by 60.56% year-on-year. The women's clothing brand OVV saw revenue increase by 50.11% year-on-year, and the operating income in the third quarter increased 102.84% year-on-year.
Affected by the epidemic, Heilan Home accelerated deployment of digital and diversified new retail channels. Online revenue increased by 55.54% year-on-year, and the proportion of online operating income in the main business grew from 5.93% in the same period of the previous year to 11.59%. In terms of quarters, the year-on-year growth rates of online revenue in the first, second and third quarters were 16.70%, 40.22% and 111.27%.
