Bilibili (BILI: NASDAQ) released its financial report for the third fiscal quarter of 2020, ending on September 30. According to the report, Bilibili's total net revenue in the third quarter reached CNY 3.23 billion, up 74% year-on-year.
Based on the report, the monthly active users grew by 54% year-on-year to 197 million in 3Q 2020. From the perspective of specific businesses, the non-game business revenue of Bilibili accounts for 60%. Revenue from advertisement increased by 126% year-on-year to CNY 560 million. Driven by the rapid growth of value-added services such as membership and live streaming, the revenue of value-added services of Bilibili increased by 116% year-on-year to CNY 980 million.
However, its net loss also increased continuously. The net loss in this quarter was CNY 1.1 billion, up 146% year-on-year compared with CNY 406 million in the same quarter last year.
