Tencent's pharmaceutical consultation and eCommerce platform Miaoshou Doctor aims to raise USD 500 million through an initial public offering in Hong Kong later this year. Founded in 2014, Miaoshou Doctor is an online platform that allows patients to consult with doctors and receive prescription recommendations remotely. Customers can also purchase over-the-counter medicine through the website. The company's investors include Tencent and Qiming, as well as Sequoia China and CITIC Securities Co.
