GAC Group（广汽集团）inaugurated its Cambodia knock-down assembly project on September 17, 2026, adding local production to its existing import and distribution business in the country. Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and Chinese Ambassador Wang Wenbin attended the ceremony at the TH Automotive Manufacturing facility in Kampong Chhnang province. GAC said the project has a designed annual capacity of approximately 10,000 vehicles.
