Century Huatong: the subsidiary Shengqu game signed a framework agreement on intermodal cooperation with Tencent
Cailian news agency, Nov. 30 - century Huatong announced that Shengqu game, a wholly-owned subsidiary, signed the intermodal cooperation framework agreement with Tencent, stipulating that Shengqu game will issue, promote and operate Tencent's game products on its platform; Shengqu game has the right to determine the service opening progress and time of Tencent products, and provide high-quality distribution and operation services for users of Tencent products, including but not limited to game operation activities, internal and external game malls, official websites and communities opened or operated for Tencent products. With regard to the revenue generated by the above cooperation, Tencent obtained 20% and Shengqu game obtained 80%.
