The report points out that although the grass-roots doctors surveyed generally feel that they have long working hours and great work pressure, and are more eager to improve their salary than doctors as a whole, they also maintain the mentality of learning and progress, actively carry out professional skills learning through Internet online channels, and their overall satisfaction with their work is not low and their enthusiasm is not reduced. Specifically, in terms of work income, the high income of grass-roots doctors accounts for a low proportion. More than 80% of grass-roots doctors hope to earn more than 10000 yuan a month, but only 18% of doctors reach this level. According to the survey data, 79% of grass-roots doctors hope to increase their income, which is 31 percentage points higher than that of doctors as a whole. It can be seen that grass-roots doctors have a more urgent need to improve their work income. It is worth mentioning that although grass-roots doctors are generally under great pressure and lack of objective material conditions, their overall satisfaction with their work is not low.
