On April 4, 2022, Sharing Economy International (SEII: OTCQB) fully owned subsidiary, 3D Discovery, announced today that it has signed a Strategic Framework Agreement with Suzhou Su Xin Rui Shi Technology. The two companies will form a joint venture company to develop a Metaverse platform based on Su Xin Rui Shi's naked-eye 3D technology.
Under the Strategic Framework Agreement, the two companies will form a joint venture company in Hong Kong for the development of a Metaverse platform. 3D Discovery will hold 60% equity of the joint venture company responsible for the business promotion and business development of the Metaverse platform, and Su Xin Rui Shui will hold 40% equity of the joint venture company responsible for technology research and development, application development and customer services. The two companies expect to complete the joint venture partnership and sign the Joint Venture Cooperation Agreement within 45 days after the Strategic Framework Agreement is signed.
