Jemyy Huang served as the head of the informatization project of China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) from 2007 to 2011, and served as the mobile-product line director of Knet from 2011 to 2014. He holds an MBA from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor's degree from Beijing Jiaotong University.
