We are delighted to announce that Dexon Li is confirmed to speak at WIM 2020. He will be speaking about 'The Innovative Ecosystem Established by Global Enterprises in China.'
On December 9-11, 2020, EqualOcean will host this year's World Innovators Meet (WIM). WIM2020 will take on a bolder stance and adopt a more global outlook by taking the form of an online conference that will be streamed simultaneously in all countries and regions that champion the realm of technology and innovation.
During the World Innovators Meet, the WIM Committee will release the annual blockbuster WIA list, the World Innovation Awards, based on our annual industry and investment research findings, together with a series of research reports.
Li is currently the General Manager of China Strategic Cooperation and Innovation Business Department at Intel, and the Head of Intel Innovation Acceleration Program. As a member of Intel China's senior management team, Li is involved in the formulation and execution of corporate strategies, the strategic cooperation with Chinese industries, and innovation cooperation with China's ecosystem development. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, and is an Outstanding Graduate in the MBA program at the Louvain School of Management.
Speaking of the key to the development of China's innovation ecosystem, Li says, “In terms of the strategic cooperation and innovative ecology, we should pay more attention to innovative projects and innovative enterprises, and stick to data-centric transformation with complements, including investment into strategy, research and development, capital expenditure, team organization, and the continuous expansion of new customers and new ecosystems. These are the most critical steps.”
According to Li, the goal of Intel Innovation Acceleration Program has always been centered on promoting the growth of value to Chinese industries, ecological development, and Intel clients. This strategic goal drives Intel's innovation development. In the following years, the focus of innovation will be shifted toward technological innovation, which will bring more opportunities in the future. The Innovation Department at Intel, including the Intel Innovation Acceleration Program, has always been positioned clearly as an innovation accelerator focusing on innovation development over 3 to 5 years. To speed up the development process, Intel strives to create an AI-enabled innovative ecosystem, to boost AI industrial development.
Given that China is playing a more important role in the new era of innovative corporate ecosystem, Li will shed new insights on the way that international enterprises can build up the innovative ecosystem in China.
