Recently, Shenzhen Zhongke Vivolight Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Vivolight") has received more than 100 million yuan of strategic financing from SINOWISDOM and other institutions, which will be directed towards further development of new products in the laser medical field, clinical registration and further expansion of overseas markets.
Founded in 2012, Vivolight, headquartered in Shenzhen and with a research and development base in Xi'an, is a medical industry company incubated and supported by Xi'an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Its core team members come from Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, West China Medicine and other well-known institutions. The company focuses on leading technological innovation, independent product research and development, and independent production in the field of laser medicine. It is currently one of the few enterprises in the industry that can simultaneously develop software, hardware, and consumables. The company has three core R&D areas, coronary, peripheral, and nerve, with a compound annual growth rate of over 80% in product sales. Its core product Coronary OCT has ranked the first among domestic manufacturers in terms of market shares.
In the past two years, Vivolight has also gradually made appearances overseas to expand their market. In May 2023, at the 28th Hospitalar, the largest and most comprehensive medical industry exhibition in Latin America, Vivolight made its debut with independently developed products. In November 2023, Vivolight participated in MEDICA, one of the world's largest medical B2B trade shows, held in Dusseldorf, Germany, making connections with nearly 100 potential customers from over 20 countries and regions. In January of this year, the company appeared in Dubai with the world's first vascular navigation glasses, VGLASSES, at the Arab Health 2024. Via such exhibitions, Vivolight is conducting comprehensive brand promotion and business expansion, enhancing the brand's image and position globally.
