Huolala held the first Internet freight Security Seminar

On April 27, the first seminar on "Internet freight platform security construction" was held in Beijing. The conference was jointly held by huolala and China Communications News. The meeting focused on the issues of how to promote the safety construction of Internet freight platform from the institutional and technical aspects. The experts at the meeting made suggestions on safety responsibility boundary, driver qualification audit, platform sustainable development, etc. The Internet freight transportation that huolala is engaged in relies on the Internet platform to integrate and allocate the transportation resources, but the freight organization mode that the actual carrier completes the transportation is different from both the traditional freight transportation and the network platform defined in the measures for operation and management of road freight transportation on network platform. In order to standardize the operation order of the Internet freight industry, experts said that clarifying the main responsibility of the platform is the first step. Drivers who join the platform should be transferred in advance, and then "blacklist" investigation. As a new type of freight transportation, Internet freight platform solves the problem of flexible employment for freight drivers. However, the Internet freight platform in the development of driver access threshold did not form a unified standard, the seminar also launched a discussion on this issue. At the same time, the seminar also discussed the issues that the society pays more attention to Internet freight transportation, including the issue of "right of way". Chen Yu, executive deputy director of huolala safety committee, introduced the current safety situation and a series of improvement measures of huolala at the meeting. At the same time, as a representative platform of Internet freight, huolala insists on promoting the development of relevant standards and norms from the perspective of industry self-discipline.
