Today, the housing fund management center of Henan provincial government issued a notice on adjusting the use policy of housing provident fund. In terms of withdrawal of housing provident fund, the notice makes it clear that if the housing provident fund is withdrawn from the purchase of housing, the withdrawal of housing provident fund can be handled with the purchase procedures or certificates filed by the real estate transaction or real estate registration department, as well as the invoices and deed tax payment certificates issued by the tax department within 2 years after the purchase, and the total withdrawal amount shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchase. In addition, before the settlement of the housing provident fund loan, the balance of the deposit account of the borrower (including the borrower who has issued a non local loan certificate and handled loans in other housing provident fund management institutions) and his spouse can only be used to repay the principal and interest of the housing provident fund loan, and shall not be withdrawn for other reasons.
