Located in Hangzhou Bay, Ningbo, the krypton production base is committed to building a digital and intelligent production and manufacturing system. According to yiou automobile, jikrypton smart factory has four automatic production workshops: stamping workshop, welding workshop, coating workshop and final assembly workshop. The stamping workshop has a fully enclosed automatic five sequence production line with a total tonnage of 6900t, which can meet the production needs of aluminum plate, high-strength steel plate, tailor welded blanks and various complex body panels. The automation rate of the whole line is more than 90%, with the function of one key automatic die change, and the die change time is less than 180 seconds. AGV automatic material system is adopted at the beginning and end of the line. In the intelligent welding workshop, 382 flexible robots work synchronously, and the welding automation rate reaches 100%, which is worthy of the name of "black light factory". The welding workshop fully adopts the industry-leading advanced high-strength welding processes such as FDS hot melt self tapping screw technology, SPR self piercing riveting technology, CMT automatic cold arc welding technology and laser welding technology. In the final assembly workshop of krypton smart factory, the efficient, flexible and multi line parallel assembly system can meet the flexible production of 3 platforms and 6 models at the same time, and has the ability to produce cars, SUVs, MPVS and other models. Before leaving the factory, each zeekr 001 must go through strict quality inspection links and pass the five-step quality inspection process of commodity inspection line, regulation line, test track, rain line and PDI line.
