Its products are used for the taxation, railway telecommunication, military, commercial aviation, and financial industries. The company went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2002. Its major shareholder is China Electronics Corporation. CS&S' direct and indirect competitors include Yonyou, Kingdee, and Glodon Software.
