Lenovo Group is a Chinese multinational computer technology company.
Lenovo, founded in January 1984 and headquartered in Hong Kong, is a consumer electronics producer. The founder is Liu Chuanzhi. The company went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 14, 1994. Its major shareholders are Lenovo Holdings Co., Ltd., New Hua Du Industrial Group and Jiangsu Yuyue Technology Development Co., Ltd. Lenovo's direct and indirect competitors include Acer, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Xiaomi, Huawei, IBM, Intel, Toshiba, Apple and LG Electronics.
