On August 18, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Investment jointly held the "New Horizons for Investing in China" A-share listed company promotion event in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The event aimed to showcase the high-quality development prospects of the Chinese economy to overseas investors from Saudi Arabia and other regions, and to introduce the dynamics of the Chinese capital market, as well as investment and industrial cooperation opportunities. During the event, executives from four high-quality listed companies in Shenzhen, representing sectors such as biomedicine, new energy, and consumer electronics, engaged in in-depth discussions on investment opportunities in the Chinese market and the prospects for China-Saudi cooperation, presenting diverse investment opportunities in the Chinese economy to overseas investors.

The event attracted over a hundred representatives from domestic and foreign investment institutions and listed companies. Some participating overseas investors expressed that through this event, they gained a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the development of the Chinese economy, expanded their connections with high-quality Chinese enterprises, and would increase their focus and research on the Chinese market and Chinese companies in the future, seeking more high-quality investment targets and industrial cooperation opportunities. A relevant person from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange stated that, under the unified leadership of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will actively expand the depth and breadth of services for foreign investors, enhance the two-way connection between overseas investors and Chinese listed companies, and tell the story of the Chinese capital market well.
