On November 19, Shanghai E-House Real Estate Research Institute released the latest issue of "national 100 city residential inventory report". As of the end of October, the total inventory of newly built commercial residential buildings in 100 cities in China was 502.33 million square meters, a decrease of 1.0% on a month on month basis and an increase of 8.1% year on year. The current inventory scale has maintained a positive growth year on year for 23 consecutive months. For four consecutive months, the turnover area of newly built commercial residential buildings in 100 cities in China has declined on a month on month basis, with a decrease of 2.2%, 2.0%, 2.1% and 1.4% respectively. Yan Yuejin, research director of the think tank center of E-House Research Institute, said that in November this year, Baotou, Zhangzhou and Harbin, including three cities, actively implemented the idea of "one city, one policy" under the premise of insisting on housing without speculation. There are also relevant measures in other places, including the recent expansion of consumption of improved housing in Binzhou, Shandong Province, and the construction of a housing Expo in Yunnan Province, which are worthy of recognition. All of these help to create a better housing transaction and de inventory environment, and provide real impetus for the improvement of sales performance of real estate enterprises. It is expected that some cities with heavy de stocking pressure and slightly weak trading market will also have various de stocking policies to truly promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market.
