Huawei invests in lithography machine company RSLaser
Huawei has started to invest in the lithography field and has taken a stake in RSLaser, which is controlled by the Microelectronics Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Huawei now has a 4.76% stake, making it the seventh-largest shareholder. RSLaser's main business is a light source system, which is one of the three core technologies in lithography. They are the first 193nm argon fluoride laser company in China and the third in the world.
