On June 30, Volvo released the new intelligent pure electric concept car recarge, which represents Volvo's design concept for the next generation of fully electric vehicles. The recharge concept car abandons the complicated internal combustion engine and has flat ground in the back row. By removing the internal combustion engine and replacing it with a whole battery pack, the designer was able to lengthen the wheelbase of the body, increase the hub size, shorten the suspension, and bring more interior space, especially larger rear space. The recharge concept car re adjusts the seat layout, optimizes the roof contour and reduces the height of the hood, while retaining the high field of view characteristics of the SUV. Compared with the traditional SUV, this new design can improve the aerodynamic efficiency. In this concept car, the traditional air intake grille is replaced by the shield structure, and the latest HD technology makes the lamp set more eye-catching at night. The iconic vertical tail lamp group at the tail follows the consistent design style of Volvo; However, the newly designed tail lamp blade only unfolds when cruising at high speed, which further improves the overall aerodynamic performance of the vehicle. The lidar sensor, made by luminar, a technology company, will be a key part of Volvo's safe autonomous driving technology. It will be placed on the roof of the car to collect data on the environment around the car.
