According to the Ministry of natural resources, the land price monitoring report of major cities in China in the second quarter of 2021 recently released by China National Land Survey and Planning Institute shows that the overall land price growth rate in the country increased slightly in the second quarter, the month on month growth rate of commercial and service land price maintained an increase for four consecutive quarters, the month on month growth rate of residential land price changed from decline to rise, and the month on month growth rate of residential land price in first tier cities slowed down, The month on month growth rate of industrial land price turned from up to down, and the year-on-year growth rate of land price for various purposes continued to rise. In the second quarter, on a month on month basis, the overall land price growth rate of 105 major cities was 0.70%, up 0.07 percentage points from the previous quarter. From a year-on-year perspective, the overall land price of major monitoring cities in China increased by 2.67% over the same period last year, and the growth rate increased by 0.23 percentage points over the previous quarter.
