On July 30, Alibaba Group's customer experience business group (Alibaba CCO) announced the launch of "after-sales warranty" service, linking businesses to extend the retention period of after-sales entrance for consumers, from the original maximum of 180 days to consistent with the three guarantees policy and the commitment period of businesses. It is understood that in the past, the retention time of the after-sales entrance of Taobao tmall platform was 15 days after the successful transaction, and some categories, such as 3C digital and household appliances, would be extended by 180 days. Once the time limit is exceeded, the after-sales entrance will be closed. At this time, consumers have demands and can only negotiate with businesses. After the launch of "after-sales warranty" service, the retention period of after-sales import will be extended for three types of problems: those in line with the three guarantees policy; Exceeding the three guarantees policy but the merchant has a commitment; Special categories beyond the three guarantees policy and not promised by businesses, such as seedlings, flowers, pets and other commodities that take a long time to find problems.
