On December 17, the official website of Shanghai United equity exchange showed that the 25% equity transfer project of Dyk had been delisted, and the transfer price was 297 million yuan. According to kia, after Dongfeng group withdrew from Dyk, the company's future share ratio is still in negotiation with Yueda, and the results are expected to be announced in April next year. According to the data, Dyk is Dongfeng Motor Group, Yueda group and Kia automobile established a tripartite joint venture in 1992, with shareholding ratios of 25%, 25% and 50% respectively.
