Financial Associated Press, Dec. 27 - easyt announced that its shareholder Yangzhou Dongfang Group Co., Ltd. received a supervision letter. From July 24, 2020 to November 5, 2021, due to active reduction and passive dilution, its proportion of shares held by easyt decreased from 37.8841% to 32.3889%, with a cumulative change range of 5.4952%. When its shareholding ratio changed by 5%, it did not stop selling easyt shares in accordance with the regulations. The supervision letter requires them to buy and sell the company's shares in compliance and earnestly and timely fulfill the obligation of information disclosure.
