Minova: the fire accident in the new solvent recovery workshop of the subsidiary did not cause any loss to the existing production equipment
Meinovartis announced that at about 9:20 a.m. on May 31, a fire accident occurred in the new solvent recovery workshop of the "520 ton / a pharmaceutical API project" of Zhejiang meinovartis Pharmaceutical Chemistry Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary. After the accident, the two levels of the urban area shall immediately respond to the emergency and quickly carry out on-site rescue work. At the same time, the company shall immediately take emergency measures and actively organize the firefighting work. As of 12:30 p.m. of the same day, the open fire on the site had been extinguished, and there were no casualties or trapped. Through on-site environmental monitoring, the main pollutant indexes are lower than the standard values. After preliminary investigation, the fire was caused by organic solvents in the new solvent recovery workshop of the East expansion project, which did not involve the existing production area of Zhejiang meinuohua and caused no loss to the existing production equipment.
