October 14 — Dubai. Chinese autonomous driving firm Neolix has signed a strategic partnership with UAE state-owned K2 Group to accelerate autonomous driving deployment and build a smart logistics ecosystem in the Middle East. Neolix, the world’s first self-driving vehicle company with over 10,000 units in operation, has commercialized its X3 and X6 models in more than 100 Chinese cities, supported by its Neolix-VA Vision–Action model and map-free driving system. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, K2 Group focuses on AI and unmanned systems. The two companies will jointly launch autonomous delivery solutions adapted to desert conditions, and following their receipt of the UAE’s first autonomous delivery license, will establish the nation’s first RoboVan operations center.
