Listed on the SZSE on November 2, 2015, the company's major shareholders are Wen Pengcheng, Hong Kong Securities Clearing Co. Ltd and Yan Juran. Rivals that have direct and indirect competition with Wens Foodstuff include Yili, Bright Dairy, Nestle, Lactalis, etc.
