From the global economy, COVID-19 and the worsening relationships between China and the US further resulted in a rising uncertainty index.
Facing these uncertainties, a firm should create its certainty, and technological penetration could be seen as an inevitable trend for logistics corporations to insist on. For instance, Fuyou Kache utilizes intelligent customer service such as robots to lower costs and improve efficiency. The independent reception rate of robots increased from 21% to 74% after its newest system was launched.
