Time and space

On February 5, 2021, OneSpace launched a new intelligent suborbital pilot rocket OS-X6B (Chongqing Liangjiang Star). During the test, the experiment load was separated as planned, and the whole flight period went as normal during the whole test. The launch completed the key technology test of the OS series launch vehicle and the new space payload, which is helping the company obtain a large number of real flight data

According to the data from the company, the rocket is 9.4 meters long, with a flight time of 580 seconds and a maximum altitude of 300 kilometers. It is the company's first vehicle-carried launching vehicle equipped with an advanced rocket independent remote-control system, which contains the whole launching process within 10 minutes. At the same time, the OS-X6B model also adopts 3D printing technology in its complex structure, which greatly reduces the product size and improves the structure accuracy.

Founded in 2015, OneSpace has been focusing on developing smart rocket and research cost-effective launching solutions for commercial microsatellites companies. The company received $43.6 million Series B in August 2018, led by CICC and followed by Qianhai Wande Fund, FinTrek Capital, and China Merchants Venture Capital. It is becoming a leading commercial launching services company in China’s commercial space sector.
