SF Holdings' Net Profit in 2022 Increased By Over 40% Than Previous Year

SF Holdings released its 2022 annual report.


On March 28, SF Holdings released its 2022 annual report. The company achieved revenue of 267.49 billion yuan last year, a year-on-year increase of 29.11%; realized net profit attributable to the parent company of 6.174 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 44.62%; an increase of 190.97%.

The annual report shows that the net cash flow from operating activities of SF Holdings was 32.703 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 112.94%; the weighted average return on net assets was 7.34%, an increase of 0.53 percentage points.

From the perspective of revenue capability, time-sensitive parts are still the main revenue and profit of SF Holdings.

The annual report shows that in 2022, SF Holding’s business will reach 11.14 billion tickets, a year-on-year increase of 5.5%. Among them, the tax-free revenue of the time-sensitive express business is 105.70 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.8%; the tax-free revenue of the economic express business is 25.55 billion yuan.

The return and exchange business has become a hot item for SF Holding in 2022. By the end of 2022, the average daily order volume will double compared with the same period of the previous year. Especially in December 2022, time-sensitive express products will achieve double-digit growth.

It is understood that SF Holding has been involved in the all-cargo aircraft transportation business since 2003, established my country's first private cargo airline in 2009, and has now developed into a cargo airline with the largest number of all-cargo aircraft in China.

SF Holding's new business has also shown vigorous growth, and the proportion of new businesses continues to increase, reaching 48.8% in 2022.

Due to the acquisition of Kerry Logistics, the proportion of SF Holding’s international and supply chain business revenue has jumped from 2.5% in 2016 to 32.8% in 2022. In 2022, the company's supply chain and international business will realize tax-free revenue of 87.87 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 124.1%.

As of the end of 2022, SF Holding's international express delivery and supply chain business covers 98 countries and regions, and its cross-border e-commerce parcel business covers 208 countries and regions.

In addition, SF Holding’s intra-city business is also ushering in explosive growth. In 2022, it will achieve tax-free revenue of 6.44 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 28.6%. Live broadcast e-commerce and instant delivery services meet; the express business will break through the break-even point for the first time in 2022, achieving tax-free operating income of 27.92 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.3%, and a net profit of 27.67 million yuan.

It is worth noting that SF Holding is continuing to increase its efforts to build a smart supply chain ecosystem and promote technological innovation throughout the supply chain. As of the end of the reporting period, SF Holding has obtained and applied for 4,452 patents and 2,490 software copyrights, among which the number of invention patents accounts for 64% of the total number of patents.

According to the annual report, in the future, SF Holding will focus on cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement, explore new markets, stabilize competition barriers, create network standard products, and lay out new demands in the express delivery market; through digital transformation and global resource layout, cultivate "digital industry supply". Chain" + "global end-to-end supply chain services" to create the company's second growth curve in the future; focus on core resource card positions, deploy hub resources such as Ezhou hub, and build an "axis and radiation" aviation network connecting the world.
