Haili has won several technological innovation awards in succession, leading the technological transformation of the housing industry

Recently, the science and technology and industrialization development center of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development announced the list of winners of the 2020 Huaxia Construction Science and technology award. Among them, Haili, China architectural standards design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., China Real Estate Association, Tsinghua University, Tongji University, etc. jointly participated in the completion of the project "one hundred years of residential new building system and key technical standards research and development practice" won the first prize. Huaxia Construction Science and technology award, established in 2002, is as famous as Luban Award and green building innovation award. It is one of the highest awards in the field of construction science and technology in China. The research and development practice of Centennial new residential building system and key technical standards, which Haili participated in, has constructed China's Centennial residential construction technology system, and has a significant role in promoting the development of residential industrialization. At the same time, Haili and the project team jointly completed the first 100 year residential demonstration project in China - Greenland Nanxiang Wailian mansion. The project has greatly improved the living quality and green environmental protection standards, and won the Zhan Tianyou award of China Civil Engineering, becoming the benchmark representative of interior residential upgrading. Under the new development pattern, the scientific and technological transformation of the traditional architectural decoration industry has accelerated.
