China Unicom is a telecom services provider
China Unicom, founded in June 1994 as a state-owned enterprise and headquartered in Beijing, is a telecom services provider. On June 22, 2000, the company was incorporated in Hong Kong and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Its major shareholders are China Unicom Group Corporation (BVI) Limited (“China Unicom Group BVI”) and China Unicom (BVI) Limited. China Unicom's competitors include China Mobile and China Telecom.
