Lufax, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Shanghai, is a personal financial service provider that targets high-end investment and lending markets. Lufax was established by Ping An Group and listed on the New York Stock Exchange on October 30, 2020. The company's major shareholders are Ping An Group and Tun Kung Company Limited. Lufax's rivals include Ant Group, WeBank and Tencent Licaitong.
