Dewu app responds to "9 yuan goods": technical problems, and has compensated users by 100 yuan
On January 29, dewu app released a statement through its official microblog. In view of the problem of some "9 yuan goods" in dewu app, the company found that due to the technical reasons of the background system, the online prices of some goods were abnormal, which was far from the actual prices. During this period, the platform will uniformly close the orders with wrong price.
As an apology, dewu app will issue two 50 yuan non threshold coupons to each affected user except for special products. So far, the coupons have been uniformly distributed.
